Vaasa Port is a few kilometers from the city center by walking, although taxi may be the most comfortable option. There is also a bus synced to the arrival and departure times of the Wasaline ferry to/from Umeå. For passengers, the only regular ferry here is Wasaline which goes between Vaasa, and Umeå in Sweden.
