Due to the war in Ukraine, many ferry companies in the Baltic Sea are offering free transport to Ukrainians who are fleeing Ukraine. Here is a list with all the details of ferry transport for Ukrainian refugees.
Eckerö Line
Eckerö Line has ferry routes between Helsinki and Tallinn, operating on a frequent basis. Eckerö Line offers free ferry tickets for Ukrainian refugees, as well as support for humanitarian cargo. Booking info can be found here:

Finnlines has ferry routes between Germany (Travemünde/Lübeck), Sweden (Malmö, Kapellskär) and Finland (Naantali/Turku, Helsinki). Finnlines also offers free ferry tickets to Ukrainians.

Stena Line has an extensive route network in Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Poland, Germany and Denmark. Stena Line also has many routes connecting the UK, Ireland, France and Netherlands. Tallink Silja is one of the largest ferry operators in the Baltic Sea, with routes between Estonia, Finland and Sweden. Tallink Silja offers free ferry tickets for Ukrainian refugees, as well as humanitarian cargo in support of Ukraine. Read more here:

Viking Line
Viking Line has ferry routes between Estonia, Finland and Sweden, with frequent departures. While not currently listed online, Viking Line does provide tickets for Ukrainian refugees on all routes. According to Sales and Marketing Manager, Ilja Berunenko: "We do offer free tickets for refugees on all our routes. We provide free passenger tickets and places for passenger cars, on long routes to/from Stockholm also Standard cabins. Booking is via our Customer Service at [email protected]"
