FerryScan Assisted Booking Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of FerryScan's Assisted Booking service. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking request. For our self-service online booking platform, please refer to our Booking Terms of Service.
Billing
Depending on your location and payment method, you may be billed in EUR or USD. If not billed in EUR, the price will be converted to your billing currency at the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
Full payment must be made to confirm your booking. Please note that unpaid (or partially paid) bookings will be cancelled if the departure date is within 30 days and the booking is not fully paid. We are bound by the booking policies of the ferry operators we work with, and we are not able to cancel or refund bookings after specific deadlines.
Price Validity
The prices quoted are not locked and are subject to change. Please pay promptly to secure the current price. If there are any changes to the price after you have made your booking but before it is confirmed, we will communicate these changes to you and work with you to resolve them.
Availability
Availability for cabins and other onboard services may fluctuate and we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions when that happens. This is especially common during peak travel seasons and on popular routes. We will always do our best to provide you with the best possible alternative if your original choice becomes unavailable, and we will communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation
You may cancel the booking up to 30 days before departure by emailing us. Your Assisted Booking Fee will not be refunded, but the original booking amount will be 100% refunded.
Changes
Trip modifications can be made up to two days before departure for a cost of 20 EUR, plus the price difference in fare (or a refund if the price decreases). This includes changing the trip date, adding or removing passengers, adding vehicles, etc. Please note that the first trip change is free of charge if made more than 30 days before departure.
Changes to passenger personal data, such as name corrections, are not counted here. While you can in theory make changes up to two days before departure, please keep in mind that it is subject to availability.
